Processing Time

In-stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
Made-to-order items require a minimum of 2 weeks. to be completed before shipping. Processing times for these items are clearly part of the creation process and are not included in standard shipping times.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Order Condition & Responsibility

All orders are shipped in excellent condition.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lado Simple is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
